StGallen Fast-Track MBA Program
For future designers – part-time, practical, cross-sector, career-enhancing
The future is now! Many have ideas, endless presentations, and speeches are always good. But very few actually take action. Yet this is exactly what established companies and startups alike need:

  • Curious people who actively recognize dangers and seize opportunities.
  • People who can lead, plan and organize effectively.
  • People who change companies and entire markets.
  • And especially people who, with passion and determination, consistently pursue their goals and bring them to life

Courage, vision, and determination: This part-time MBA program is designed for individuals who actively shape their future and want to consistently optimize and expand their areas of responsibility. The program offers the necessary tools and in-depth practical knowledge, challenging and encouraging students to apply their knowledge in a fast-track manner. Whether you're a business professional, lawyer, engineer, creative, IT professional, scientist, influencer, self-employed, or startup entrepreneur, it's all part of the program.

Methodology - Fast Track MBA

  • Courage, vision, consistency: This part-time MBA program focuses on individuals who want to actively shape their future and consistently optimize and expand their areas of responsibility

  • Inspiring: For decades, our top instructors have been training experienced executives and highly ambitious managers and junior staff. With top international partners, we continuously update our program ideas for demanding participants who want to understand and shape the future.

  • StGallen Concept: Integrated approach according to the StGallen concept with a focus on general management, leadership skills, innovation, digital and change competence.

  • Entrepreneurial - transfer-oriented: The Fast Track MBA is focused on future leaders, doers, founders and managers with an entrepreneurial gene, which is why the training is designed in the logic of modern fast track and scale-up mindsets: It starts with a business idea (innovation), then develops the key directions, defines the processes, structures, staffing and ends with concrete financial and concrete master plans.

  • Unique management transfer concept: Integrated project work focuses on company-relevant, practical initiatives that truly advance companies sustainably. This also means no "consumerism" in seminars—you are placed directly in the "cockpit" – supported by your trainers.

  • Plannable yet flexible: The program is flexible, consistently innovative, and fully tailored to your work, as it integrates practical experience. You create your own study plan and select the dates that best suit your needs for the seminars you wish to attend over the next 15-24 months. In total, there are approximately 23 face-to-face days, plus seven days of hybrid (i.e., online or on-site).
